Fitting kit
- 6 screws BHC 5x15 black and big head
- 7 plastic washers Ø5
- 1 screw BHC 5x20 black and big head
- 7 rubber inserts Ø5
Fitting instructions
- Place the Ermax nose fairing against the headlight holders (aluminium color). Take care that the nose fairing is
well placed and centered, and mark the fitting holes.
- Drill the original cover over your marks at Ø 9,5 (drill gradually).
- Put 4 rubber inserts in the holes, and then screw the Ermax nose fairing using 4 screws BHC 5x15 and 4
washers.
- Place the 3 remaining rubber inserts on the Ermax nose fairing, and then screw the screen thanks to 2 screws
BHC 5x15 on the sides, the screw BHC 5x20 for the fixation at the middle, and the 3 remaining washers.

* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
