• Odkręcić zderzak.
• Odkręcić metalowe wzmocnienie - nie będzie już montowane.
• Do podłużnic wsunąć i przykręcić elementy E i D śrubami M12x35 (pkt 3 i 4).
Belkę haka A przykręcić do tylnego pasa śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 2)
oraz śrubami M10x35 (pkt1) .
• Wykonać wycięcie w dolnej części zderzaka na uchwyty kuli.
• Przykręcić zderzak.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem wg tabeli.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Unscrew the bumper.
• Unscrew the metal reinforcement – it will not be used any more.
• Insert the elements E and D in the frame side members and screw
(point 3 and 4).
• Screw the main bar A to the rear belt with bolts M10x35
8.8 (point 2) and M10x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Cut out the fragment in the lower part of the bumper for towball handles.
• Screw the bumper.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Serrer le pare-chocs.
• Descendre le silencieux de la patte arrière.
• Dévisser le renfort en acier – il ne sera plus utilisé.
Serrer legèrement la traverse d'attache A à la partie arrière (point 3),
présenter les éléments de crochet C et D au châssis et serrer par les
boulons M10x40 8.8 (point 1 et 2) en outilisant les languettes E et F.
Accrocher le silencieux.
• Serrer le pare-chocs après la découpe de sa tranche selon le croquis joint.
• Visser la boule et tôle de la prise électrique.
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
