Shut-off valves must be positioned at the inlets and outlets of the biogas circuit. Fitting a bypass on the DRYPACK should
ideally allow the installation to be operated in degraded mode during maintenance.
ƒ
A 1" NPT coupling should also be placed on the biogas inlet pipe to allow the circuit to be inerted during disassembly. It should
be located between the shut-off valve and the cooler inlet.
ƒ
Ensure that the effective pressure in the biogas circuit cannot exceed 0.5 bar.
ƒ
If the human, environmental or financial consequences of a malfunction would be significant, take appropriate steps to limit
the effects.
