Let frozen ingredients defrost first; use them at room temperature.
To make sure no egg shell gets into the mixing bowls (9, 12), break the eggs in a
separate bowl.
Do not overfill the mixing bowls (9, 12) otherwise the ingredients will spurt out. Use
the quantities of ingredients as indicated in the recipe. The holding capacities of the
mixing bowls (9, 12) are 1.8 litre and 3.8 litres respectively.
With the lids (6, 7) you can close the mixing bowls (9, 12) tight, e.g. in order to
leave the ready dough in the fridge.
To make sure the ingredients are mixed properly the mixing bowl turns automatically
during use as stand mixer. This means you can mix or knead easily for a long time.
CAUTION: Before inserting or removing the mixing tools, disconnect the power
plug from the mains socket.
Note: The kneading hooks (13) must be mounted as indicated on the mixer. A
kneading hook has a longer end.
5. Fill the ingredients in the mixing bowls (9, 12).
6. Press the release button for the mixer (11) and tilt the mixer (3) downwards.
7. Insert the mains plug in a power socket.
8. Switch on the JetmiXX with the speed control (4) and slowly increase the speed until
it reaches the desired level.
NOTE: Before switching on the hand mixer, place the mixing tools in the
ingredients you wish to mix or whisk, as this prevents splashing and the
formation of flour dust. Before taking the mixer tools out of the bowl, switch off
the appliance.
9. When you have finished whisking or mixing, switch the JetmiXX off by turning the
speed control (4).
10. Pull out the power plug.
11. Press the release button for the mixer (11) and tilt the mixer (3) backwards.
12. Press the eject button (1) for the accessories and remove them from the mixer.
CAUTION: Never press the eject button (1) while the mixer is in operation.
13. Clean the JetmiXX and the accessories as described in chapter 7.

1. Press the release button for the mixer (11) and tilt
the mixer (3) backwards as illustrated in the
diagram on the left.
2. Attach the desired mixing tools to the mixer.
3. Place a mixing bowl (9, 12) on the base station
(10) and turn it in a clockwise direction until it
clicks into place.
4. Check that the bowl size switch (8) is in the right
position: left for the small mixing bowl (12), right
for the large mixing bowl (9). The bowl size switch
(8) clicks into place in both positions, push it down
before you move it.
