Install Clevis Bars as shown (5 & 6); Clevis bolts (23) pass between Hitch Tube bolts.
Tighten Hitch Tube hardware first, then tighten Clevis hardware.
7 Insert Bottom Frame Tubes (38) into Center Frame Tube (40) and snap into position.
(Note that snap buttons are oriented up)
