Problem
Music Player doesn't turn on
Radio emits hissing or garbled
sounds
Display shows 'No Stations
Found'
Next and back buttons don't
change radio station
Buttons move while trying to
use them
Screen displays 'No USB
Potential Cause and Solution
Batteries low or Music Player not plugged in.
Change batteries or check mains adaptor connection
Signal is not good. Try extending aerial or move closer to a
window
No DAB signal, try extending aerial or move closer to
window. If no improvement, switch to FM mode.
One station set as preset. Add more presets (page 13) or
reset to factory settings (page 21)
Tumbler not locked in place. USB tumbler needs to be fully
open or fully closed.
USB stick not present or not inserted correctly. Check for
presence of USB stick, or remove and put back in place.
