    FUNCTIONS FRONT REAR Charge Cart's UV-C Kit is a set of 3 UV-C led bars, a specific control board and accessories. Charge Cart’s UV-C kit uses UV technology to disinfect the devices stored in the Cart. It automatically starts the disinfection process after 30 seconds from the closure of the doors. To safely use the UVC LEDs kit, the system requires to always close both doors completely: left door first and then right door, closing the handle.
  • Page 6 Prevention to accidental exposure User must always close both doors when not operating the Charge Cart. Whenever the user opens the cart’s doors before the disinfection process is over, UV-C LEDs are instantly turned off in order to prevent any possible direct exposure. The process will restart with the 30 seconds countdown when closing doors.

  • Page 8 INSTALLATION CAUTION It is mandatory to apply the safety label provided in the box. Position the label as shown in the image below. Make sure to position the label centered. Ensure it is readable from the front side, where the user will load devices.
  • Page 9 INSTALLATION To install UV-C kit, the user needs to remove each drawer. Pull the drawer completely out: this allows the user to can find levers to remove the drawer from the cart. Find levers at the side of the slide. LEVERS Once removed, UV-C LEDs can be installed.
  • Page 10 Installation of the Tamper in the in the front door: - Place the nut in its support (behind the magnet) - Slide the magnet in the opening - Insert screws through the holes in the lateral part of the door and fix it Remove the frontplate with power led indicators by unscrewing the four screws (see circles in the figure 3).

INSIDE OUTSIDE Move the tamper cable to the rear side of the cart. To do so, remove the frontplate on the rear part of the cart by unscrewing the four screws (see circles in figure 4).

    FUNKTIONEN VORDERSEITE RÜCKSEITE Das UV-C Kit für den Ladewagen besteht aus 3 UV-C LED-Leisten, einer Steuerung und Zubehörkomponenten.   • Page 24 Vermeidung versehentlicher Exposition gegenüber UV-C Strahlung Bei Nichtbenutzung des Ladewagens müssen beide Türen immer verschlossen gehalten werden. Falls die Türen des Ladewagens vor Beendigung des Sterilisationsvorgangs geöffnet werden, schalten sich die UV-C LEDs sofort ab, um eine direkte Strahlungsexposition auszuschließen. Der Sterilisationsvorgang wird dann 30 Sekunden nach erneutem Schließen der Türen fortgesetzt.

    INSTALLATION SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Der im Lieferumfang enthaltene Sicherheitsaufkleber muss unbedingt angebracht werden. Den Aufkleber wie in der unteren Abbildung gezeigt anbringen. Den Aufkleber mittig anbringen. Der Aufkleber muss von vorne, d. h. vom Ladeschacht für Geräte aus gesehen, lesbar sein.
  • Page 27 INSTALLATION Zur Installation des UV-C Kits müssen alle Ladefächer entfernt werden. Das Ladefach komplett herausziehen, um Zugang zu den Hebeln zu erhalten, mit denen das Ladefach herausgenommen werden kann. Die Hebel befinden sich seitlich neben den Fächern. HEBEL Nach Entfernen der Ladefächer können die UV-C LEDs installiert werden. Abb. 1 zeigt die Position, in der die UV-C Leisten befestigt werden.

    FUNZIONI LATO ANTERIORE LATO POSTERIORE Il kit UV-C per il carrello di ricarica è un gruppo di 3 barre LED UV-C, una scheda di controllo specifica e i relativi accessori. Il kit UV-C per il carrello di ricarica impiega la tecnologia UV per disinfettare i dispositivi riposti nel carrello. Il processo di disinfezione viene avviato automaticamente dopo 30 secondi dalla chiusura dello sportello.
  • Page 78 Prevenzione di esposizioni accidentali L'utente deve sempre chiudere entrambi gli sportelli quando non utilizza il carrello di ricarica. Nel caso in cui l'utente apra gli sportelli del carrello prima della fine del processo di disinfezione, i LED UV-C si spengono automaticamente, allo scopo di prevenire una possibile esposizione diretta. Il processo si riavvia dopo 30 secondi dalla chiusura degli sportelli.

    INSTALLAZIONE ATTENZIONE Applicare l'etichetta di sicurezza inclusa nella confezione costituisce un requisito obbligatorio. Posizionare l'etichetta come mostrato nell'immagine seguente. L'etichetta deve essere posta in posizione centrale. Verificare che sia leggibile dal lato anteriore, ovvero il punto in cui l'utente caricherà i dispositivi.

Estrarre completamente lo scaffale, in questo modo l'utente potrà localizzare le levette che consentono di estrarre lo scaffale dal carrello.   • Page 82 Installazione del dispositivo antimanomissione sullo sportello anteriore: - Posizionare il dado nel supporto (dietro il magnete) - Far scorrere il magnete nell'apertura - Inserire le viti nei fori sulla parte laterale dello sportello e serrarle Rimuovere la targhetta con gli indicatori di alimentazione dei LED, svitando le quattro viti (vedere i cerchi nella figura 3).

A tale scopo, rimuovere la targhetta sulla parte posteriore del carrello svitando le quattro viti (vedere i cerchi nella figura 4).
