INSTALLATION
• Place the DOM TRIAGE BOX in an area with a support surface suitable to sustain the weight of the box,
calculating the maximum weight of a person in order to avoid sagging and tipping over.
• Connect the DOM TRIAGE BOX to the power supply in compliance with the electrical plate data. The connection
must be made by qualified personnel in compliance with the applicable regulatory compendium.

FIRST USE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SHIFT
• At the beginning of each shift, check the intactness of the gloves. In the presence of the slightest anomaly, it is
required to replace them before proceeding.
• At the beginning of each shift a functioning test of the devices must be carried out; this includes:
internal light, intercom, emergency and reset buttons.
• Before the first patient is admitted into the DOM TRIAGE BOX, this must be sanitized in accordance with the
WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations.The indoor environment is designed to withstand
even > 70% ethanol solutions. The personnel carrying out the sanitization must use the appropriate PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment) in appliance to the internal risk assessment document and to the applicable
local regulations relating to exposure to biological agents.

USE
1. After the sanitization of the DOM TRIAGE BOX, ventilate it for 5 minutes while keeping the door open.
2. Healthcare personnel may allow the patient to enter the DOM TRIAGE BOX from SIDE A in accordance to the
internal procedures. Thus THE DOOR MUST BE CLOSED.
3. Healthcare personnel shall perform the swab test operating from SIDE B of the DOM TRIAGE BOX, in accordance
with the internal procedures. Personnel MUST WEAR GLOVES and operate inserting the arms in the glove slots.
4. The swab test is then inserted in the appropriate package and placed on the internal shelf.
5. Healthcare personnel in charge of the sanitization will take the package with the swab test performed and
position it in the appropriate area as per internal procedure; afterwards, the sanitization will be carried out in
accordance to the WHO recommendations, paying particular attention to sanitize all the surfaces of the gloves
from inside the box. After the sanitization, it is recommended to keep the SIDE A door closed for 5 minutes.
6. Start the procedure from step 1 for each subsequent patient (open the door and wait 5 minutes before allowing
the patient in).

LIGHT OPERATION, INTERCOM AND EMERGENCY BUTTON
• Turn on the light by pressing the light switch on side B of the DOM TRIAGE BOX.
• For the use of the intercom follow the instructions of the installed device.
• The emergency button must be switched off by pressing the button on side B of the DOM TRIAGE BOX.
WARNING!
The organization (i.e.: hospital) that uses the DOM TRIAGE BOX must draw specific internal safety procedures in
accordance to the internal risk assessment document and to the applicable local regulations relating to exposure
to biological agents. Correct sanitization and respect of time (sanitization + 5 minutes door closed + 5 minutes
door open) are essential to reduce the risk of infection.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any infection that might occur due to improper use of the DOM
TRIAGE BOX or for sanitization operations carried out not according to the recommendations of the WHO and the
authorities.

MODE D'EMPLOI

INSTALLATION :
• Positionner DOM TRIAGE BOX sur une surface plaine apte à supporter le poids du box, en tenant dûment
compte du poids maximum d'une personne à fin d'éviter tout affaissements ou basculements.
• Raccorder le produit à l'alimentation électrique en respectant les donnés de la platine. Le branchement doit être
effectué par du personnel qualifié, dans le respect des normes applicables.

MISE EN SERVICE ET ENTRETIEN D'USAGE
• A' la mise en place et lors de chaque service vérifier l'intégrité des gants. En présence de la moindre anomalie,
merci de proceder au remplacement des gants.
• Effectuer un test de fonctionnement des dispositives présents :
éclairage interne, interphone, boutons d'urgence (marche/arret).
• Avant de l'accès du premier patient, effectuer un assainissement suivant les dispositions de l'OMS. La surface
interne est conçue pour résister aux solutions à base d' en Ethanol > 70%. Le personnel effectuant l'assainissement
doit utiliser les dispositifs de protection individuelle conformes au document interne d'évaluation des
risques, dans le respect des normes locales concernant de l'« Exposition aux Agents Biologiques ».

USAGE
1. Après l'assainissement aérer pendant 5 minutes en maintenant la porte ouverte.
2. Le personnel sanitaire, en appliquant les procédures internes, peux faire entrer le patient par le côté A. Ensuite
la porte doit être fermée.
3. Le personnel sanitaire, en appliquant les procédures internes, en entroduisant les bras à l'intérieur des gants
pourra effectuer le test tampon par le coté B.
4. Le test/tampon doit être inséré dans l'emballage prévu et déposé sur l'étagère interne spécifique.
5. Le personnel sanitaire responsable de l'assainissement prélève l'emballage avec le test/tampon effectué et le
transfère dans la zone spécifique suivant les procédures internes. Ensuite il effectue l'assainissement suivant
les dispositions de l'OMS, faisant attention en particulier à assainir l'intérieur du box y compris l'intégralité des
gants. On recommande de tenir le côté A fermé pendant 5 minutes.
6. À chaque nouvelle entrée du patient suivre la procédure du point 1 (ouvrir les portes et attendre pendant 5
minutes avant d'entrer)

FONCTIONNEMENT DE L'ÉCLAIRAGE, INTERPHONE ET BOUTON D'URGENCE
• Allumer la lumière en appuyant sur le bouton sur le côté B.
• Pour l'interphone suivre le mode d'emploi du dispositif installé.
• Le dispositif d'urgence peut être arrêtée en appuyant sur le bouton sur le côté B.
AVERTISSEMENT !
L'organisation qui utilise le DOM TRIAGE BOX doit produire des procédures spécifique pour la sureté interne, en
application du document interne d'évaluation des risques, en totale application des normes locales au sujet de
l'« Exposition aux Agents Biologiques » et recommandations par l'OMS.
Le correct assainissement et le respect des temps (assainissement + 5 minutes porte fermée + 5 minutes porte
ouverte) sont indispensables pour réduire les risques de contamination.
Le fabriquant n'est pas responsable pour les contaminations éventuelles découlant d'une mauvaise utilisation du
DOM TRIAGE BOX ou par des assainissements qui ne tiennent pas en compte les recommandations de l'OMS et
des autorités compétentes.
