Warranty

For brand-new products the warranty period from your dealer
is 24 months.
All our components (including glass components) have been
tested by neutral testing institutes as part of a factory internal
quality check, within the framework of complex quality and ap-
proval tests, for their design in accordance with standard oper-
ating conditions. Should defects nevertheless occur, please con-
tact your dealer immediately, stating the date of purchase and
showing your receipt. Without the serial number, we regret that
we are unable to process complaints correctly.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
• Damage due to normal wear and tear as this is not a product
defect
• Damage due to mechanical, chemical or thermal overloading
• Electrical overvoltage
• Damage caused by incorrect interventions made to the appli-
ance
• Damage due to incorrect operation or incorrect installation,
handling, use, cleaning, maintenance or operation.
With correct operation, usage and good care, you will increase
the value stability and service life of your product, conserve
valuable resources, protect our environment and save yourself
money.

Disposal of shipping and sales packaging
We have carefully packed your equipment to ensure it arrives in
perfect condition. Please help us protect the environment by
correctly disposing of the packaging. In Germany, we participate,
together with wholesalers and contractors/dealers, in an effec-
tive return and disposal program for environmentally responsi-
ble packaging design.
Allow your contractor or dealer to dispose of the transport pack-
aging.
Dispose of sales packaging via one of the dual systems in Ger-
many.
Disposal of old appliances in Germany
Appliance disposal
Appliances marked with this symbol must not be dis-
posed of with household waste.
As a manufacturer, we ensure that old appliances are treated
and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner within the
framework of product responsibility. Further information on col-
lection and disposal can be obtained from your local authority
or your contractor/dealer.
We consider the recyclability of the materials used in our prod-
ucts as early as during the development stage.
This return system achieves high recycling quotients for the ma-
terials employed, relieving landfill sites and the environment. This
way, we jointly make a contribution to environmental protection.
Disposal outside Germany
Dispose of this appliance carefully and correctly in accordance
with local regulations and statutes.
