Important Safety Instructions
1. Use the vacuum cleaner only for its intended use.
2. To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse any part of the
unit in water or other liquids.
3. Never pull the cord to disconnect it from the outlet. You should always hold
the plug with your hand and pull to disconnect.
4. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces.
5. Do not operate or run the vacuum cleaner over its cord.
6. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or if the
appliance or any other part of the appliance has been damaged. To avoid the
risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the vacuum
cleaner. In these cases, please contact Duronic for assistance.
7. Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near
children, pets or plants. Do not leave the appliance unattended while switched
on. Do not leave the vacuum cleaner plugged in while unsupervised.
8. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of your body away from the
suction opening.
9. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or
use in areas where they may be present.
10. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking such as cigarettes,
matches or hot ashes.
11. Use extra care when using the vacuum cleaner on stairways.
12. Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the dust cup filter in place.
13. This appliance is intended only for household use. Follow all user
instructions in this manual.
14. Use only as described in this manual and with the manufacturer's
recommended accessories.
15. Do not pull the cord, use the cord as a handle, close the door on the cord,
or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners.
16. Always turn off the vacuum cleaner before unplugging from the outlet.
17. Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
18. Do not put any objects into the openings. Do not use the appliance when
the vacuum cleaner is blocked. Keep the appliance free of dust, lint, hair and
anything else that may reduce air flow.

19. Store your appliance indoors in a cool, dry area.
20. Use only on dry surfaces.
21. Using improper voltage may result in damage to the motor and possible
injury to the user. The correct voltage is listed on the rating label.
To reduce the risk of injury or electrical shock, please do not use the appliance
outdoors. Keep the item away from wet surfaces and always unplug the
appliance when it is not in use, or requires cleaning/servicing.
