6.2 - Exit time

Is the number of minutes within which the customer must exit the car park after paying.
If the customer does not present the exit ticket at the station within the set time, he/she will not
be allowed to exit and must return to the manned station to repeat the same payment procedure.
The cashier will offer the ESPAS20 T scanner the expired ticket, the amount for the minutes passed
since the previous payment will be applied and a new exit ticket will be issued, with the same EXIT
TIME.

6.3 - Tariffs

Espas 20T allows setting a linear parking tariff. The tariff is calculated using 2 values:
- unit of time
- fee per unit of time
The tariff is calculated multiplying "the amount per unit of time" by the number of "units of time"
elapsed between the issue of the ticket and the payment.
Both values can be set by the user, see CONFIGURATION MENU.

6.4 - Pay station shifts

Espas 20T can manage pay station shifts. This way the manager can have full control of the opera-
tions carried out by the cashiers.
A report of the current pay station shift can be printed at any time.
It is also possible to close a pay station shift: a report is printed at the time of closure, showing the
number of operations performed during the shift, the revenue and the time and date the shift was
started.
Each station shift is also identified with a progressive number. See OPERATOR MENU.

6.5 - Special parking tickets

Espas 20T allows issuing parking tickets with particular validity characteristics, useful to the car park
manager to offer customers daily or weekly season tickets, as well as tickets valid for exit within 1,
3 or 12 hours, 1, 3 days.
Each predefined special ticket has a cost and validity that the ESPAS20 T user can set freely, see
CONFIGURATION MENU.

6.6 - System date and time

ESPAS20 T allows the user to set the current time and date using the 3 keys and the display. The
instructions to correctly modify both time and date can be found in the CONFIGURATION MENU
paragraph.
ATTENTION! The ESPAS20 T time and date must be synchronized with all the other system
devices, entry and exit stations and automatic pay stations!
