7. Life phases

7.1 Scope of delivery of the lifting column

The RK Powerlift M lifting column is supplied as an individual component.
The hand switch or controllers are not part of the scope of delivery.
If the Powerlift is supplied without a power supply cable (for delivery to non-European countries),
the user must ensure that a suitable power supply cable is used. A 3-wire power supply cable with
a country-specific plug on one side and a low-heat appliance according to IEC 60320 C 13 on the
other is termed as suitable.
In addition, the power supply cable must have country-specific approval:

7.2 Transport and storage

The product is to be checked by suitable personnel for visible and functional damage.
Any transportation or storage damage must be reported immediately to the person responsible
and to RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
It is forbidden to put damaged lifting columns into operation.
The following ambient conditions are specified for storing the lifting column:

No oil-contaminated air
•
Contact with solvent-based paints must be avoided
Transport and storage conditions are specified in 6.2 "Technical Data".
Divergent environmental factors must be approved by RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
Always give special consideration to the working and escape routes during storage and transport.
