Attach board assembly to pole with carriage
bolts (16) and knobs (11) as shown. Install pole
cap (7) as shown.

Place assembled unit in desired location. Fill base completely with water (14 gallons / 53
liters) or sand (approx. 170 lb./77 kg) and snap base cap (9) in place.
ADD ONE GALLON (3.78
LITERS) OF NON-TOXIC
ANTIFREEZE IN SUB-
FREEZING CLIMATES.
IF USING SAND:
