WARRANTY STATEMENT (US)
The Limited Warranty on the PN-SPCi5W7H (the "Product") is pro-
vided by Shuttle Computer Group, Inc.
The below process for obtaining service is only valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Warranty Period for the Product:
How to Obtain Service:
Warranty service is available through Sharp Electronics Corporation provided the product was purchased
directly from Sharp or from an authorized Sharp dealer located in the United States.

If it is necessary to ship the Product for servicing, please be sure it is insured and packaged
securely. Sharp shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail or for damage to the Product
incurred during shipping. Please have proof of purchase available when requesting warranty service.
If the Product is defective or malfunctions, please consult your product manual first. If you require further assistance
or technical support, please call 1-800-237-4277.
Shuttle Computer Group, Inc. "Shuttle" warrants the Shuttle Genuine System "Product" including parts and labor
against any defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage in accordance with the general Industry Stand-
ards for a period of 36 months. Shuttle will, in its sole discretion, restore the Product to working order in accordance
with factory specifications in effect at the time the Product was manufactured or, replace with an equivalent Product.
The Product Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products must be purchased from
Sharp Electronics Corporation or an authorized Sharp dealer located in the United States Product purchasers must
reside in fifty (50) UNITED STATES including DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, HAWAII and ALASKA. The standard service cover-
age is limited to Shuttle manufactured systems and system components installed by Shuttle. Any other non-Shuttle
components sold separately are not covered in this warranty. The terms and conditions of this Product Warranty
constitute the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between customer and Shuttle for the Product. This war-
ranty supersedes any prior agreement or representations made in any Shuttle documentation that may be provided to
customer by any Shuttle representative in connection with customer's purchase of the Product. No change to the
conditions of this Shuttle Product Warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representa-
tive of Shuttle.
DURATION OF WARRANTY:
The warranty period for all Shuttle branded Products commences from the invoice date for a period of 36 months. The
warranty period shall not be extended or reset if Shuttle authorizes the repair or replacement of any components,
parts, or complete Products by either Shuttle or an authorized service center. The Product warranty shall continue for
the remainder of the warranty period from the date of original invoice.
Shuttle defines any replacement Product as recertified and or equivalent in value or performance to the original
parts or Product. Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the
remainder of the Warranty Period of the Product.
If Customer authorizes Shuttle and/or its authorized service center to perform any services excluded under this
Warranty, Customer shall pay standard repair fees for such work.
Three (3) years parts and labor from date of purchase.
