• We recommend to use MTK mode for those older mobile devices with the MTK CPU, which
do not support the International Gamepad Standard.
a) Set startup mode
• By default, iOS mode is activated when starting the gamepad up.
• If you wish the gamepad to start up in a different mode the next time you switch it on, hold
down the corresponding mode button and
flashes.
Gaming App
a) Installing
1. Head to your device app store (iOS or Google) and look for the
'GeekGamer' app or scan the displayed QR code.
2. Install the app onto your device.
b) Using the app
1. Connect the mobile device to the gamepad.
2. Click on in the top right corner to open the app menu.
3. Read the 'Simple Guide' to get started.
Troubleshooting
If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something very minor. The following table
contains various tips.
Performance is slow or • Recharge the product.
intermittent
• Pair again the product and the mobile device.
• Avoid using WiFi and Bluetooth at the same time on your
mobile device.
Unable to pair Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
a) Reset
If problems persist or the gamepad behaves eradically, reset it to its factory defaults. Use the
end of a paper clip to press the hardware reset button (1). The gamepad resets.

Care and cleaning

• Disconnect the charging cable from the gamepad.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
