the desired setting. The temperature range is from 0° and 90°C (Level1 : 40°C – Level 2 : 50°C –
Level 3 : 60°C – Level 4 : 70°C – Level 5 : 90°C).
- As soon as the desired temperature is reached the adjustable thermostat light turns off.
- During using your food warmer the green light will go on and off as your appliance maintain the
right temperature.
- Carefully, without touching the appliance insert a suitable container GN(special heating
protections must be used)
- Operating the tank must always be filled with water.
WARNING !
Unplug unit and allow to cool before draining off water. To drain the water off place a
bassin under the drain tap before turning it on the draining position.
WARNING !
Operating the appliance can reach very high temperatures. Sides and surface of the food
warmer can be hot. Before moving or touching your appliance let it cool down.
Hands and face must be protected against grease projections.
After use turn all control on the off position. Unplug the appliance.
REMARQUE !
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated
you must let your appliance cool down. Once cool down press the reset button under the appliance.
If overheating protection is stated regularly, contact your dealer or our after-sales service.

- Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
- Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your appliance.
- Check regularly the power cord.
