1. Before You Start

Silk'n Freedom is a light-based device for hair removal with permanent results designed for home-use.

1.1. Silk'n Freedom device description

Your Silk'n Freedom consists of a HAIR REMOVAL UNIT with a CONTROL PANEL and a DISPOSABLE
LAMP CARTRIDGE. On the Silk'n Freedom HAIR REMOVAL UNIT HANDLE you can find the PULSE
BUTTON. The DISPOSABLE LAMP CARTRIDGE is located at the tip of the HAIR REMOVAL UNIT.

1.3. The Disposable Lamp Cartridge

The Silk'n Freedom all-purpose DISPOSABLE LAMP CARTRIDGE can fire a limited and pre-set number
of light pulses (regardless of the energy level of these pulses).
A complete series of full-body treatments typically require 7,000-10,000 light pulses.
This device has a cartridge with 300,000 light pulses so replacement cartridges should not be required.
In addition to the regular all-purpose DISPOSABLE LAMP CARTRIDGE, a Precision lamp cartridge for
small and hard to reach areas is also available.

2. Silk'n Freedom Intended Use

Freedom is also intended to effect long term, or permanent results. Hair removal permanent results
are defined as a long-term stable reduction in the number of hairs re-growing after a treatment regime.
Silk'n Freedom may be used to remove unwanted body hair.
Ideal body areas for Silk'n Freedom use include the underarms, bikini line, arms, legs, back shoulders and chest.
