Check for essential oil buildup on the Mist Plate. If oil buildup is present, read the
cleaning instructions.

Check that the Air Inlet under the diffuser is free of any obstruction or debris that may
restrict air flow.
Product Warranty
This product enjoys one year warranty for proper use in accordance with this Manual.
The warranty period is one year from date of purchase where the Company will provide
free maintenance to any problem incurred by normal use of this product.In case of any
product problem during the warranty period, please contact your local distributor for
maintenance or replacement.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1.
Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its normal
and customary manner
2.
Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect
3.
Defects or damage from use of other than mineral or tap water
Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation,

adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind
Breakage or damage caused by use of improper voltage or use of any other than

the supplied power adapter
Products disassembled or repaired by other than authorized agent, so as to

adversely affect performance or prevent adequateinspection, verification,
and testing to verify any warranty claim
7.
Products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers
Defects or damage due to overfilling

Marring, such as scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed parts,
resulting from normal use
10.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
Do not use metal tools to clean the Mist Plate, this may damage the diffuser and will
void the warranty.

Follow the diagram, remove
the original Mist Plate by
unscrewing the Gasket using
the Key provided. Replace a
new Mist Plate and press
tightly onto the Silicon ring
Gasket
seal. Screw back the Gasket
with the Key to secure.

Safety and Care Instructions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe operation of the
diffuser.
1.
Unplug the diffuser immediately and discontinue use in the event of smoke or
burning smell.
2.
Refill with tap water or mineral water. Do not use distilled water.
3.
Never wrap the adapter with cloth, paper, etc. Such actions may result in
damage to the diffuser or fire.
4.
Never touch the adapter with wet hands as electric shock or injury may occur.
5.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diffuser, this will void the warranty.
Never immerse the diffuser in water.
6.
Unplug the adapter when refilling, cleaning, or moving the diffuser.
7.
Keep the diffuser out of reach of children.
8.
Do not remove or place objects in the Water Reservoir during operation.
9.
10.
Do not place your fingers in the water during operation, this may result in
injury.
Do not place acidic or alkaline chemicals in the Water Reservoir.
11.

Use only the included Power Adapter provided in the packaging.
Do not shake the diffuser.

Any damage caused by the user does not qualify for Product Warranty

Do not use metal objects to clean the Mist Plate. Use only a cotton swab or
cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol or a neutral detergent.
16.
Never use the product for purposes other than those listed in this manual.

If the unit will not be used for an extended period or needs to be relocated,
unplug the Power Adapter, empty the Water Reservoir, and wipe the unit clean
before storage.
18.
Clean the unit before switching to different essential oils.
19.
The product is designed for using 100% pure, natural essential oil. Chemical
fragrance, spice or impure essential oil used may cause product damage.
20.
Do not fill the water to exceed the red Maximum Water Level Indicator.
21.
Do not move the product during its operation. Pull the Power Adapter instead
of the wire to unplug.
22.
Do not place the product in direct sunlight or close to a refrigerator, a fan or
other hot environment.
23.
Place the device on a flat and solid surface instead of uneven and/or unstable
ones like carpets or rugs etc.
Troubleshooting
If the diffuser fails to work properly, unplug the unit before performing the following:
•
Verify that only tap or mineral water was used (not purified or distilled water).
•
Check the Water Reservoir level to see if it is empty or above the red
Maximum Water Level Indicator.
•
Check whether the Power Adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet and
the Power Inlet of the diffuser.
Verify that power outlet is working (try another outlet).
Verify that Air Outlet hole is open.
•
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
The device should only be used with 100% pure and natural essential oils and
essential oil blends. Please use essential oils recommended for diffusion.
Avoid essential oils with phenols, ketones or aldehydes. Consult your
aromatherapy specialist for recommendations.
•
Do not attempt to use other substances in this device or it may result in a
toxic risk or medical hazard.Please use caution with the use of essential oils
and diffusion. Seek advice from an aromatherapy specialist is recommended.
In case of consultation with a doctor, keep the bottle and the label of the
essential oil.
Carefully read all precautions and hazard statements from the pictograms.
The diffuser must be kept away from water. Do not operate this device near
bathtubs, showers, washbasins or other receptacles containing water.

Do not operate this electrical device with wet hands.
•
Keep this unit away from all heat sources such as stoves, radiators and
•
heaters.
Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged. In the case of malfunction or
•
defect, turn the device off immediately.
Never hold or carry the device by the power cable.
For optimum performance, use tap water or bottled water. Highly puri ed or
•
distilled water is not recommended.
•
Excessive use of the di user may, in the long-term, cause damage to the
•
product and reduce its lifetime.
Do not remove the lid when the device is in operation.
The water in the reservoir should be changed frequently to prevent deposits
•
that could damage the device.
•
Consult a professional if the adaptor cable is damaged.
Always ensure that the outlet is always pointing upwards, free from obstacles
•
within 12 inches.
•
Do not cover the diffuser with any materials or objects.
Always operate the diffuser on a solid surface.
•
•
General precautions with essential oils and diffusing: Wash your hands
immediately after using essential oils. Avoid all direct contact with the eyes,
ears and mucous membrane.
