5.3 Themed aquariums - automatic programmes
The themed aquariums offer an easy introduction and are specially adapted to the
requirements of the respective aquarium type with different lighting profiles.
LED on/off.
Controller connected/disconnected.
Menu: switch to Manual Mode or Settings.
Information about the themed aquarium (Forwarding requires
controller to be integrated into home network and internet
access).
Settings: move sunrise, add lighting pause or
deactivate lightning at night.
Activate/deactivate settings.
The lighting duration is 10 hours. Within this lighting period, a 30-minute sunrise and
sunset and weather events take place.
The climate diagram shows the average number of daily sunshine hours as well as the
frequency of rainy days for the selected themed aquarium in each month. Weather events
are simulated on the basis of this climate data. Example Rio Panta-nal® in June: A day has
an average of 7 hours of sunshine, i.e. the LED lights up for an average of 7 hours per day
with the maximum programmed brightness. During the month of June there will also be a
weather event on ten random days.

Weather events take place in different themed aquariums with different frequencies ac-
cording to the stored climate data. During cloudy or rainy periods, the lighting intensity is
reduced. During thunderstorms lightning also occurs. Weather events can also occur at
night. For this reason, lightning at night can be activated on request in the settings of the
themed aquariums.

Settings for themed aquariums
Move start time: Defines the time at which the themed aquarium starts the sunrise. 9
hours and 30 min after the set start time, the 30-minute sunset begins. 10 hours later the
lighting is off. In order for the set start time to be applied, the check next to „Move start
time" must be set.
Lighting pause (optional): Set lighting pause. Setting a lighting pause does not extend the
total lighting duration of 10 h.
Lightning at night (optional): Weather events such as thunderstorms can also occur at
night. Lightning flashes at night are deactivated by default, but can be activated if desired
by placing a check next to the setting.
