Page 6 PRINCIPI ESSENZIALI DI UTILIZZO DEI DISPOSITIVI DI PROTEZIONE INDIVIDUALE • I dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) devono essere utilizzati solo da una persona addestrata e competente. • I DPI non devono essere utilizzati da una persona con condizioni fisiche che potrebbero compromettere la sicurezza dell'utente dell'apparecchiatura in condizioni normali e in condizioni di uso di emergenza.

Legs MUST ALWAYS BE fastened with chain. • AVOID working where the user may swing and hit an object or where lines may cross or tangle with that of another worker in the area.
Page 15 THE ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLES OF USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall only be used by a person trained and competent in its safe use. • PPE must not be used by a person with medical condition that could affect the safety of the equipment user in normal and emergency use.
Page 16 PERIODIC INSPECTION After every 12 months of utilization, personal protective equipment must be withdrawn from use to carry out periodical detailed inspection. The periodic inspection must be carried out by a competent person for periodic inspection. The periodic inspection can be carried out also by the manufacturer or his authorized representative.

Page 33 DIE WESENTLICHEN GRUNDSÄTZE FÜR DIE VERWENDUNG PERSÖNLICHER SCHUTZAUSRÜSTUNG • Eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) darf nur von einer Person benutzt werden, die für ihren sicheren Gebrauch ausgebildet und kompetent ist. • Eine PSA darf nicht von einer Person mit einem Gesundheitszustand verwendet werden, der die Si- cherheit des Gerätebenutzers im Normal- und Notbetrieb beeinträchtigen könnte.
Page 34 WIEDERKEHRENDE INSPEKTION Nach jeder 12-monatigen Nutzung müssen die persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen zur Durchführung regelmäßiger Detailinspektionen außer Betrieb genommen werden. Die wiederkehrende Inspektion ist von einer für die wiederkehrende Inspektion kompetenten Person durchzuführen.
