    Die Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi 3 ist ein Professionelles-Filter- Entlüftersystem der 3. Generation als „Geschlossenes System“ (GS). Der GS Pro-Fi 3 ist eine Kombination aus einer Entlüftungseinrichtung, einem Filter und einer vorgeschalteten Absperrarmatur. Er gewährleistet die Filterung des flüssigen Brennstoffs bei gleichzeitiger Abführung der im Ansaugprozess freiwerdenden Gase.

    Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi 3 Auslaufende, flüssige Betriebsmedien: • sind gewässergefährdend, • sind entzündbare Flüssigkeiten der Kategorie 1, 2 oder 3, • können sich entzünden und Verbrennungen verursachen, • können zu Sturzverletzungen durch Ausrutschen führen, Betriebsmedien bei Wartungsarbeiten auffangen! Verwendung in Überschwemmungs- und Risikogebieten Beschädigung des Produktes durch Überflutung!

Hierbei handelt es sich um Personal, das mit Aufstellung, Einbau, Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb und Wartung dieses Produktes vertraut ist. Arbeitsmittel und überwachungsbedürftige Anlagen dürfen selbstständig nur von Personen bedient werden, die das 18.

    Heizölfilter-Entlüfterkombination Typ GS Pro-Fi 3 MONTAGE Vor der Montage ist das Produkt auf Transportschäden und Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Einbau, Wartung und Inbetriebnahme darf nur von solchen Betrieben vorgenommen werden, die für diese Tätigkeiten Fachbetriebe im Sinne von § 62 der AwSV sind.

    Filtereinsatz unten Entlüftungstasse oben. Der GS Pro-Fi 3 wird mit vormontiertem Halteblech für Wandmontage geliefert. Dieses kann auf beiden Seiten des Gehäuses montiert werden. Halteblech nach unten ziehen, abnehmen und auf gegenüberliegender Gehäuseseite in die Schrauben einhängen und nach oben schieben.

    Im laufenden Betrieb der Heizölverbraucheranlage erfordert der GS Pro-Fi 3 keine Bedienung. Die integrierte Absperrarmatur ist zu öffnen. Dazu ist der Drehgriff in Durchflussrichtung drehen.     The combined heating oil filter breather type GS Pro-Fi 3 is a professional filter breather system of the 3rd generation as “closed system” (GS). The GS Pro-Fi 3 is a combination of a breather device, a filter, and an upstream shut-off fitting. It ensures that the liquid fuel oil is filtered and the gases released during the suction process are discharged at the same time.
