CHANNEL A
Channel A is particularly designed for the main modulation (Satellite channel).
In case of power failure (and back again), the CDM404 switches automatically to this channel.
1- Channel A Cue switch.
Allows the control of the modulation on input A, on the Bargraph (16) and (17), on the
headphone Jack (18) and on the unbalanced output (O) and (P). This switch is active even when
any other channel is commuted on the output.
2- Switch (1) indicator.
3- Luminous push button. Selects and indicates the use of channel A.
CHANNEL B
4- Channel B Cue switch.
Allows the control of the modulation on input B, on the Bargraph (16) and (17), on the
headphone Jack (18) and on the unbalanced output (O) and (P). This switch is active even when
any other channel is commuted on the output.
5- Switch (4) indicator.
6- Luminous push button. Selects and indicates the use of channel B.
CHANNEL C
7- Channel C Cue switch.
Allows the control of the modulation on input C, on the Bargraph (16) and (17), on the
headphone Jack (18) and on the unbalanced output (O) and (P). This switch is active even when
any other channel is commuted on the output.
8- Switch (7) indicator.
9- Luminous push button. Selects and indicates the use of channel C.
CHANNEL D
10- Channel D Cue switch.
Allows the control of the modulation on input D, on the Bargraph (16) and (17), on the
headphone Jack (18) and on the unbalanced output (O) and (P). This switch is active even when
any other channel is commuted on the output.
11- Switch (10) indicator.
12- Luminous push button. Selects and indicates the use of channel D.
OUTPUT
13- Main output monitor switch.
Allows the control of the modulation on main output, on the Bargraph (16) and (17), on the
headphone Jack (18) and on the unbalanced output (O) and (P).
14- Switch (13) indicator.
15- Bargraph mode selection :
Depress for RMS reading / Press for peaks reading.
16- Ten elements left Bargraph :
-12dB ; -9dB ; -6dB ; -3dB ; 0dB ; +3dB ; +6dB ; +9dB ; +12dB ; +15dB
17- Ten elements right Bargraph:
-12dB ; -9dB ; -6dB ; -3dB ; 0dB ; +3dB ; +6dB ; +9dB ; +12dB ; +15dB
18- Headphones Jack (25 to 600 Ohms). Same modulation as Bargraph.
