Instructions for Installing

Manual for complete product information, warnings
and install instructions
1. Turn off gas valve. Apply a gas approved pipe thread sealant or tape to all ¾" Male
NPT threads before mating.
2. Tighten the two shoulder nipples onto the FloPro-MD housing using a pipe wrench
and adjustable wrench.
3. Tighten the male QD nipple to the upstream side of the FloPro-MD and the female
QD coupler to the downstream side of the FloPro-MD as shown in Fig. A using two
adjustable wrenches.
4. Disconnect the female QD coupler of the Blue Hose SnapFast
appliance and connect it to the upstream end of the FloPro-MD male QD nipple.
5. Connect the downstream end of the FloPro-MD female QD coupler to the QD male
nipple on the appliance as shown in Fig C.
6. Ensure connections are leak tight by using an approved leak solution or sniffer.
Turn on gas valve.
