A. To Make a Bag
1. Using scissors, cut a bag to the required length.
2. Put one open end of the bag over sealing strip or vacuum strip.
3. Close lid. Position on both sides of the lid. Press firmly on both
sides of the lid and hold press "Start" button on appliance to seal
the bag NOTE: Sealer will not operate if lid is not properly closed, or
if open end of bag is placed in the Drip Tray
4. Continue to hold the lid. When the Start button indicator Light
illuminates, it is safe to remove your hands from the lid. The
unit will continue to vacuum and then starts sealing. The Start
button indicator "BLUE" Light illuminates when the unit begins
sealing bag.
5. When the motor stops and the Start button indicator "RED"
light Illuminates.
6. Once completed, to open lid and remove the bag. Bag is now ready
for vacuum sealing.
CAUTION: Make sure you give the appliance time to cool down. Wait at
least 20 seconds between seals. Under very heavy usage, appliance will
shut off automatically to prevent overheating. If it does so, wait 20 minutes
to allow appliance to cool off.
