5.2 Separating the PCB.
! In order to avoid the risk of possible injury, it is
recommended that protective gloves be worn.
1. Switch the main switch (21) ON, thereby
putting the machine into the Standby mode.
This will be signalised by an "0" appearing in
the display (17).
2. A press of the START/STOP key (20) will
cause the lower blade (11) to rotate at its
preset speed. The preset speed will be shown
at the display (17).
3. Lay the PCB (22) onto the lower guide (16) so
that the upper edge of the guide locates into
the scored groove in the PCB, ( when using
PCB's scored on one side only, the scored
side must face downwards ). Slide the PCB
forwards between the upper guard (14) and
the lower guide (16).
4. The rotating lower blade (11) will catch hold of
the
pre-scored PCB, which will be separated as it
is transported between the two blades.
5. In order to return to Standby mode, press the
START/STOP key. The motor will switch off
and the lower blade will stop.
6. In the event of the power required to separate
a PCB being exceeded, an overload protection
will switch the motor OFF. This situation can
occur when for example, an attempt is made
to separate a 1.6mm. PCB without the scored
groove is located on the edge of the lower
guide, or when a component on a PCB
passes between
the blades. The display will show a blinking
"F".The cutter drive will perform a short
backward movement and will then switch OFF
within 0.5 Sec. of the overload occuring. The
backward movement relieves the removing of
the jammed material.
The error message can be quit after removing
the jammed material by pressing the START/
STOP key, following which the machine is put
into the Standby mode (display shows "0").
After checking both blades for any possible
damage, separating operation can be started
again by pressing the START/STOP key.
7. When the machine is switched OFF, it is
possible to separate PCB's manually. Follow
the instructions in para.5.2.3, and then push
the PCB gently between the blades (10,11 ).
5.2 Séparer les cartes
! Pour éviter tout risque de blessure il est
recommandé de porter des gants de
protection lors de la séparation des cartes !
1. Après la mise en service de l'appareil à l'aide de
l'interrupteur (21) la machine est en position
d'attente; cela est signalé par un "0" sur l'afficheur
(17).
2. Après une pression de la touche START/-STOP
(20), le couteau inférieur commence à tourner à la
vitesse pré-ajustée.
3. Toujours placer la rainure de la carte (22) sur le
guide inférieur (16), si la carte n'est rainurée que
sur une face, placer la face rainurée en dessous.
Ensuite pousser la carte entre le guide supérieur
(14) et le guide inférieur(16).
4. La carte est à ce moment là "saisie" par le
couteau inférieur (11) qui tourne et séparée lors
du passage entre les deux couteaux.
5. Pour retourner à la position d'attente, presser la
touche START/STOP. Le moteur est ainsi arrêté
et le couteau inférieur ne tourne plus.
6. La protection se met en route automatique-ment
lorsque la force nécessaire à la séparation des
cartes est nettement dépassée. Cela peut arriver
par exemple lors d'un essai de séparation de
cartes de 1,6 mm d'épaisseur hors d'une rainure
ou quand des composants se trouvent entre les
couteaux. L'afficheur (17) signale alors le
problème par un "F" clignotant. Le moteur tourne
un peu en arrière et se coupe alors
automatiquement en 0,5 seconde.
Après le transport en arrière il est plus facile de
retirer le matériau qui a bloqué la machine.
Après avoir retiré le matériau bloquant, presser la
touche START/STOP et l'appareil retourne à la
position d'attente.
Attention ! Vérifier l'état du tranchant des
couteaux avant de réutiliser l'appareil.
Presser la touche START/STOP encore une fois
pour continuer l'opération.
7. Même quand l'appareil est éteint une séparation
manuelle des cartes est possible. Pour cela la
carte doit être positionnée comme expliqué au
Par. 5.2.3 et poussée pour coulisser entre les
couteaux (10,11).
