9. Now enter the phone number, always preceded by the prefix (also for local area calls).
To display the preferred name when a call comes in, the "Ken-je-beller
which always comprises the prefix, is compared to the data in the Phone Book.
10. Press the "OK" key to confirm the number.
11. "INGAVE BEWAARD" is displayed.
12. Then, "NAAM INGEVEN" will be displayed again after which a new name can be
entered (repeat from item 6).
13. You can quit the menu by pressing the "Terug" key repeatedly. This will subsequently
bring you back to the previous menu until the menu is quit. If you do not
press a key during 15 seconds, the phone will automatically quit the menu. To quit the
menu immediately, you can briefly pick up the phone and put it down again.
Remarks :
• You can insert a pause by pressing the "Herkiezen/Pauze" key during number entry.
• An entry without name will not be stored in the Phone Book.
• If the Phone Book memory is full, "TEL.BOEK VOL" is displayed.

13.3 Modifying Entries in the Phone Book

1. Keep pressing the "Telefoonboek/Menu" key until "TELEFOONBOEK" is displayed.
2. Press the "OK" key to select this menu option.
3. "NIEUWE INGAVE" is displayed.
4. Keep pressing the "Û" or "Ü"key until "INGAVE WIJZIGEN" is displayed.
5. Press the "OK" key to select this menu option.
6. "NAAM INGEVEN" is displayed.
7 . Enter the desired name with the alphanumerical keys. See section "Entering characters via
the Key Pad" or browse the Phone Book with the "Û" or "Ü" key.
8. Press the "OK" key to confirm the entry.
9. Now you can modify the first letter of the name (the letter flashes).
10. Press the "OK" key to confirm the name.
11. Now you can modify the first digit of the number (the digit flashes).
12. Press the "OK" key to confirm the number.
13. "INGAVE BEWAARD" is displayed.
14. Then, "NAAM INGEVEN" will be displayed again, after which another name can be
modified (repeat from item 7).
15. You can quit the menu by pressing the "Terug" key repeatedly. This will subsequently
bring you back to the previous menu until the menu is quit. If you do not press a key
during 15 seconds, the phone will automatically quit the menu. To quit the menu
immediately, you can briefly pick up the phone and put it down again.

13.4 Deleting Entries from the Phone Book

1. Keep pressing the "Telefoonboek/Menu" key until "TELEFOONBOEK" is displayed.
