Warning: Do not keep emergency keys in your safe.
1. OPENING YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Upon first opening, you have to open the safe with the emergency key.
Remove the cover of the emergency lock (5), insert the emergency key, and turn it count clockwise (to the left).
Turn the knob clockwise to open the door.
2. INSERTING AND CHANGING THE BATTERIES
This safe box uses 4 x AA batteries (1.5V), not supplied.
The compartment for batteries (3) is behind the door. Remove the battery cover and insert the batteries. Make sure
you have installed the batteries in the right way with polarities "+" and "-". Close the cover.
Warning: if the red and green LEDs (6 and 7) light at the same time, the voltage of your battery is low. You need to
change them.
When outage for longer than 30 minutes, you'll have to reset the code.
3. PROGRAMMING AND CHANGING THE CODE
A. Once the door is open, press the RESET button (2), and wait until the yellow LED (8) lights on the front of the safe
box.
B. Choose and enter a code 3 to 8 digits / letters. Confirm by pressing the "A" or "B" until you hear 2 beeps (or "C / #"
or "B / #" depending on model). Your code is confirmed and recorded.
