1. The serial number is located on the back of the Fire Cube, the serial number is necessary for product
warranty registration and customer service.

2. Go to www.tsicustomerservice.com for product warranty registration. For registration use the MODEL
NUMBER: CFS-300-BLK (Black color) or CFS-300-RED (RED color ) or CFS-300-WHT (White color ).
If you are unable to complete registration save your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clearance To Combustibles
Keep electrical cords, drapery, furniture and other combustibles at least 3 ft (0.9 m) from the front of the heater
and away from the sides.
Cleaning Trim
Clean the metal trim using a soft cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product and buff with a soft,
clean cloth. DO NOT use brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal trim.
Purchase citrus oil-based products at a hardware store.
