ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Assembly Preparation
Remove all contents from box. Reference the parts list to
make sure you have all the parts.
NOTE
Place a cover on the floor to prevent any damage
to surface of the cart.
Step 2: Attaching Casters
Using two people, tip the cart so it is laying drawer side up.
Align holes in locking and non-locking casters with matching
holes in the bottom tray as shown in figure 2. Attach using
M8 x 16 Hex bolts, lock washers and flat washers from
caster bolt kit and tighten.
Ensure that both locking casters are on same end of the
cart. We suggest same side as handle.
Step 3: Attaching the Handle
Insert the posts on the left and right push handle brackets
into the ends of the push handle.
Align the mounting holes of the handle brackets with the
holes in the side of the cart.
Attach the handle brackets using M8 x 17 carriage bolts, flat
washers and locking nuts.
Tighten all locking nuts.
