4. Repeat step 3 instructions to inflate C-Deck boarding platform to proper Working Pressure shown in
Chart 1.
5. Assemble steel frame sections and attach loosely with frame straps. Thread frame sleeve onto frame
near each joint. Sleeves cover frame bolts once installed. With frame assembled, lock each joint using
frame through-bolts. Secure each frame bolt using 5mm Allen tools (included), then cover each bolt with
a sleeve. Tighten frame straps securely. See D.
6. Attach jump mat & springs. Begin with 2 opposite corners (2 springs each). See E-1. Work evenly until
all 8 corners are attached. Always attach spring hooks facing downward to prevent injury. Spring hook
tools are included for this task, best done with 2 people. See E-2.
7. Attach remaining springs. Always install springs evenly on opposite sides of
trampoline and with spring hooks facing downward.
8. Attach anchor bridle to steel frame in every other corner. Bridle uses 2
ropes: one long (BLACK ends), and one short (WHITE ends). Black ends must
be attached in opposite corners and white ends must be attached in opposite
corners. See F-1. To make bridle connection, remove webbing strap from
bridle end and slide under frame at corner. See
F-2. Lead lower end of webbing through loop in
upper end. See F-3. Pull to tighten (See F-4), then
reconnect webbing strap to bridle at lower loop
using locking stainless quick link. See F-5. Tighten
link securely to ensure it cannot loosen or become
disconnected in rough weather.
9. Attach outer perimeter of spring pad cover to
frame at each corner by pushing webbing strap
between frame and tube. After connecting loosely,
lead webbing tail back under frame and pull from
beneath to tighten full. See G-1.
10. Attach inner perimeter of spring pad cover
through jump mesh rings at each corner. After
connecting loosely, lead webbing tail back through
ring and pull from beneath to tighten fully. See
G-2.
11. Confirm that suitable anchor(s) and mooring
lines are in place before launching this item (see
Anchoring).
12. To launch product, lift completely and place in
water. Large items may require many extra people
to accomplish this. Never drag product as damage
may occur.
13. When connecting multiple items together at the waterline, always
follow manufacturer's recommendations. Waterline connections use only
Aquaglide Two-Step Vario-lock cinch straps and connecting rings. Make sure
connection is tight and there is NO GAP between items. Failure to connect
items properly may result in injury or death.
a. Attach straps to C-Deck
boarding platform, included, or other
'Connector.' C-Deck uses 3 ring/
straps to connect to Recoil 17.0.
b. Use all available rings
to make connection. Standard
connections use 5 rings. Some items
use 3 or occasionally 7 rings/ straps.
Recoil 17.0 has 5-ring sets on 2 sides at the waterline.
c. Float C-Deck or other 'Connector' into desired position, typically at boarding side (where
valve and warnings are located). Note: a matching set of connecting rings is required on Recoil 17.0.
