Polarization:
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
WARNING
• Do not blend non-food items.
• Do not use the blender to blend hard food, like bones, as this could damage
the blades.
• Do not add hot ingredients over 40ºC / 104ºF.
• Always properly fasten the blade unit into the bottle before blending.
• To reduce the risk of injury, never place the blade unit on the motor base
without the bottle securely fastened.
• Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on the bottle.
• Do not use the appliance for prolonged periods of time.
• Do not put the bottle, blade unit, lid, motor base, or any of the parts in a
microwave oven.
• Do not touch any moving parts during operation.
• To reduce the risk of severe personal injury or damage to the device, keep
hands and utensils away from the cutting blades while blending food.
A scraper may be used, but only when the blender is not running.
• Do not leave the unit unattended while in use.
• Do not use the unit in the presence of children without adult supervision.
