OPERATION
· Before using your appliance for the
fi rst time, check if it is fully unpa-
cked. Check if any object has fallen
into the slot.
· In the fi rst time, connect the appli-
ance only to a mains earthed wall
socket. A grommet on the bottom
of the appliance enables to mainta-
in the cord by positioning it to the
backside of the appliance PICTURE A.
· Place the bread slices in the slot
PICTURE B.
· Press down the bread carriage
handle (2) until it stops PICTURE C.
In the meantime, the grid inside the
slot will tighten around the bread to
keep it in the centre of the toaster.
If the handle comes up immediately,
check if the appliance is plugged in as
it blocks when the unit is plugged in.
