1. Safety Instructions

• The control panel will be eroded by organic solution, strong acid and strong alkali.
• Activate key of system should be on position of " ON/OFF " button.
• Please close the lid to reduce noise and pay attention to water and steam in case of burning skin while open the lid.
Do not use the machine in any of the environments below:
• A place where temperature changes fiercely
• A place where vibration or impact is strong
• A place where water oil or chemicals splash
• A place where humidity is too high and it is easy to produce dew
• A place where there is corrosive gas or dust
• A place where there is explosive and flammable gas

Read the operating instructions carefully
before use.
•
Ensure that only trained staff works with the
instrument.
•
Do not work for long time when you use
flammable liquid like alcohol!
•
You will get a better cleaning effect if a
cleaning solution is added to the ultrasonic
cleaner.
•
Do not operate if the tank is empty, or the
ultrasonic generator will be damaged.
•
Do not turn on the machine if the tank is
empty or the transducer will be damaged.
•
Do not relocate the machine when there is
fluid in the tank (to avoid overflow).
•
Water-soluble liquids are suggested for the
ultrasonic cleaner. Strong acids or
flammable cleaners are strictly forbidden.
If a solvent type cleaner is added in the
tank, please stop working for a while after
the 30 minute cycle.
•
Connect the device to an earthed power
supply to ensure the safety of the machine
and the experiment; connect the power as
the machine requires it.
•
Refitting is strictly prohibited!
•
Ensure the earth wire is well connected
before starting.
