1. Readjust ice thickness motor
2. Locate leak(s), rectify and top up
refrigerant
1. Locate and rectify leak(s) in the
cooling system

controller, or replace if necessary
4. Check distances of the machine to
the side walls and the rear, ensure
ventilation according to the
specification
5. Replace fan motor
1. Replace water inlet valve
2. Measure electrical conductance of
the individual cables, rectify
interruption, replace probe if necessary
3. Replace water sensor electronics
Check trough motor voltage. If voltage
is present and the trough motor does
not turn, replace the trough motor
1. Clean condenser
2. Check specified lateral distances
and ensure optimum air circulation
3. Reduce room/ambient temperature,
if necessary relocate the machine.
Replace air-cooled machine with
water-cooled machine if necessary
4. Check cooling water controller,
setpoint temperature +30°C, readjust
or replace if necessary
1. Align machine
2. Readjust trough
3. Clean / descale water level sensor
1. Clean pre-screen
2. Check input voltage, replace water
inlet valve if necessary
