• Briefly press the Mode button (10) on the receiver.
The message "Connecting through Pairing..."
appears on the connected television.
• Briefly press the Mode button (5) on the
transmitter. The connection is established
automatically after successful pairing.
Note
Please note that the maximum transmission range
can only be reached under optimum conditions.
This range may be reduced by, for example, walls
or other radio signals (mobile phone, WLAN, etc.).
7. Troubleshooting
No picture:
• Check that all connections are correct and that
all cables support the transmission speed. We
recommend high-speed HDMI cables.
• Briefly disconnect the receiver/transmitter from the
mains power by unplugging the cable. Then restart
the device.
No sound:
• Please try adjusting the volume on the TV.
• Ensure that all cable connections are in proper
working order.
• Check whether the cable supports only video
transmission (DVI) or is damaged.
• HDCP may not work perfectly the first time
you connect it. Briefly disconnect the receiver/
transmitter from the mains power by unplugging
the cable. Then restart the device.
3D not working:
• Ensure that the 3D function of your 3D TV (or 3D
DLP projector) is activated (it should be set to
"AUTO" or "3D ON").
• Ensure that the 3D function of your 3D source
device is activated (it should be set to "AUTO" or
"3D ON").
• Ensure that the shutter glasses are switched on.
• Check the power connection.
4
• If your 3D HDTV requires active 3D shutter glasses,
ensure that the active shutter glasses are also
compatible with your 3D TV.
• If your 3D HDTV requires passive 3D shutter
glasses, ensure that the passive shutter glasses are
also compatible with your 3D TV.
Unstable, blurry picture or snow:
• Interference may be caused by other wireless
devices or devices with high current consumption
in your house (e.g. wi-fi router, microwave, AC
unit). Please keep the receiver/transmitter away
from these sources of interference.
• The transmission distance may be too large or the
transmission may be blocked by walls or other
objects. In this case, place the receiver/transmitter
in a different location from where the signal and
video quality can better be transmitted.
• You may also be able to get better reception by
changing the alignment of the receiver/transmitter.
If the wireless connection fails:
• Please ensure that the source device is switched on.
• Briefly disconnect the receiver/transmitter from the
mains power by unplugging the cable. Then restart
the device.
The IR range extension function is not
working:
• Check whether the IR sensor is connected to the
transmitter and place the sensor in front of the
source device's IR receiver.
• The IR range extension function works with a
frequency of 30~60 kHz. Some IR remote control
systems use different frequencies, or the IR pulse
signal may be too short to work with the IR range
extension function.
8. Care and Maintenance
• Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free
cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
• Make sure that water does not get into the
