NOTICE
• Read the operating instructions in full before starting up and follow the safety
instructions.
• Keep the operating instructions in a place where they can be accessed by everyone.
• Ensure that only trained staff work with the cleaning tube.
• Follow the safety instructions, guidelines, occupational health, safety and accident preven-
tion regulations.
• Set up the tube holder on an even, stable, clean, non-slip, dry and fireproof surface.
• Note the operating instructions of the disperser.
NOTICE
• Do not process any flammable or combustible materials with the cleaning tubes.
• Only process media that will not react dangerously to the extra energy produced through
processing with the tubes. This also applies to any extra energy produced in other ways,
e.g. through light irradiation.
• A cleaning/dispersing time of a few minutes is usually sufficient. Long processing time will
increase the temperature of the cleaning liquid or the medium.
• The tubes are not sealed. The filled tubes are not allowed to lay down!
WARNING
- splashing and evaporation of liquids
- body parts, hair, clothing and jewellery getting caught.
• Make sure that the stator has always minimum 10mm distance to the tube bottom (see Fig. 4).
• The liquid in the tube can get very hot after a short operation. Handle the tube with your
personal protective equipment.
