Product Registration and Warranty

FINsix Limited Warranty
FINsix warrants the Dart Laptop Charger against defects in materials

and workmanship under normal use, as described in this User Guide,
for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of original purchase,
FINsix will extend the Warranty Period by ONE (1) additional year. If
a defect arises during the Warranty Period, FINsix at its option and to
the extent permitted by law will (1) repair the product at no charge, or
(2) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that
is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This
warranty excludes any damage to the Dart Laptop Charger that results
from normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, misuse, natural disaster,
insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or
environmental conditions, or any disassembly, repair or modification.
This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the product was not used in
accordance with the User Guide, or (ii) The Dart was not used for its
intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to any
Dart on which the original identification information has been altered,
