    Connect the metal hooks (sewn to the seam of the cushion in a small bag) to each strap. Slide straps on rear of cushion over back of car seat.     Luxury Heated Seat Cushion by HealthMate Products ™ ® CARE AND MAINTENANCE • As a safety feature, the cushion will automatically shut off after 60 minutes. To continue heating, turn it off and then on again. • To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
