First steps with the Mini Digital Recorder

To start the Mini Digital Recorder:
1. Step: The power switch is on the right of the recorder.
Switch to DC if you use the 5V transformer supplied, or to BATT if you want to use 2x1.5V batteries.
2. Step: After switching on, the system starts immediately in live mode.
If a scheduled recording is programmed, the system automatically changes to this mode and records according to the schedule.
3. Step: Plug the SD card correctly in the interface.
4. Step: The SD card is checked and after about 3 seconds a status bar is shown on the monitor.
5. Step: This icon on the status bar shows that the card has been recognised and is working correctly.
6. Step: This icon on the status bar shows that the card has not been correctly plugged in or is not working correctly.
Important: If the SD card is not correctly plugged in or is not working, the record and playback functions for not work and the corresponding LEDs do not
light up.
