PREFERRED TIME/CITY AND GLOBAL TIME/CITY
Preferred time/city
• Press MODE until "HOME TIME" is displayed (screen D2). The default preferred city is Berlin (BER).
• In order to change your preferred city, press and hold down MODE for 2 seconds until the
preferred city flashes.
• Press UP or DOWN to change the preferred city, and press MODE to confirm your selection.
Please refer to the table below to view the cities available, their abbreviation, the time difference
with regard to the UTC time zone and whether they apply daylight savings time (DST).
Global time/city
• Press MODE until "WORLD TIME" is displayed (screen D3).
• In order to display the times in different cities around the world, press UP or DOWN to display
the cities from east to west. Confirm your selection by pressing MODE.
Please refer to the table below to view the cities available, their abbreviation, the time difference
with regard to the UTC time zone and whether they apply daylight savings time (DST).

Alarm settings
• Press MODE until the normal time is displayed (screen D1).
• Press and hold down ALARM for 2 seconds until the time flashes.
• Set the alarm in the following order:
■ Hours
■ Minutes
• Press UP or DOWN to set the time, hold down either of the buttons to rapidly scroll up or down
respectively, and press ALARM to confirm your selection.

If no changes are made, the device will automatically exit the alarm settings mode after 30 se-
conds.
Alarm function
• Slide the ALARM switch up/down to activate/deactivate the alarm. If the red surface is visible:
the alarm is activated. If the black surface is visible: the alarm is switched off. The alarm time will
be displayed when the alarm is activated.
• The alarm sound will be triggered at the alarm time and will continue to sound for 60 seconds.
The alarm sound will stop automatically after 60 seconds, and will be trigged again at the same
time the following day.
• To repeat or momentarily pause the alarm sound, press SNOOZE/LIGHT. The alarm sound will
be triggered again 5 minutes later. The snooze function can be activated up to 4 consecutive
times.

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY

The temperature will be displayed in Celsius (°C) by default. The user can hold down "WAVE" for 3
seconds to change the unit: Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).

When the temperature is under -40 °C (-40 °F) or over 70 °C (158 °F), the temperature will
