FITTING KIT
- 2 black galvanized rods Ø10
- 2 adjustable fitting brackets long
- 2 adjustable fitting brackets short
- 4 injected plastic screw/ nut sets
- 2 steel spacers Ø8 L: 10mm
- 2 mirror/bracket adapters, right thread « R »
- 2 mirror/bracket adapters, left thread « L »
- 2 drilled screws M8 L: 15mm
- 2 steel washers Ø10x20
ASSEMBLY
- Unscrew the mirrors and choose 2 adapters according to the thread of the scooter. They may not be
necessary if the original adapter is quite high.
- Screw the adapters into the threads of the mirrors paying attention, once tightened, they exceed enough to
allow the fitting bracket mounting (short or long). If the adapter does not exceed enough, use spacers L : 5mm
or L : 10mm to raise the whole.
- Place the washer Ø8 on the adapter, the fitting bracket, then the washer Ø10 and secure all with the mirror.
Depending on the distance between the 2 mirrors, brackets are inwards or towards from the scooters.
- Place the windshield and fit it with the injected plastic screws.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions. * Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* In order to increase longevity of your fixings, it is advised to polish them off with an anticorrosion product as WD40 ® after each washing or exposition at humid atmosphere (rain ...).
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our accessories and aluminium screws.
