The User hereby notes that each temperature probe is to be used to
measure the temperature of only one single hay bale, and may not be
used to measure several entities.
Furthermore, the User undertakes to remove the temperature probes
from the hay bales before they are used for any purpose other than
conservation.
Quanturi may not under any circumstances be held liable for any
damages arising from the User's negligent use of the material whether
this be directly or indirectly, including – but not limited to – loss of
profits, loss of savings or any other damages or expense.
