Health and safety information

Health
1. Warm-up exercises are necessary. Please ensure you are in good health before use.
2. Seek medical advice before use if you suffer from any medical conditions.
3. Avoid excessive play. Take 10 to 15 minutes break every hour to avoid seizures, repetitive
motion injuries or eyestrain.
4. Do not use the unit under the influence of alcohol or medication.
5. Anyone who has a history of seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptom linked to an
epileptic condition, should consult a doctor before playing.
6. Stop playing if:
a. your arms, eyes, hands, wrists become tired or sore while playing;
b. You feel symptoms such as tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness etc;
c. symptoms of convulsions, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness,
involuntary movements, disorientation or mental confusion occur.
7. See doctor if you continue to have the above symptoms or other discomfort after playing.
Pregnancy and medical conditions
Consult your doctor before use if:
1. you are or may possibly be pregnant;
2. you suffer from heart, back, joint, respiratory or other orthopedic problems, high blood
pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, and hypertension;
3. you have been instructed to restrict physical activity.
Instructions for parents / guardians
1. Adult supervision is required at all times if this unit is to be used by children and / or
anyone with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities.
2. Do not leave the unit within reach of small children.
Safety and warnings
1. Keep the unit in a cool place.
2. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
3. Do not operate the unit during a thunder storm.
4. Do not use the unit if it has been damaged in any way.
5. Do not operate the unit after a malfunction.
6. Do not put objects into or cover openings on unit.
7. Use the AC adapter that comes with the game set only.
8. Stop using the unit if the AC/DC adapter or AV cable is damaged or broken.
9. Only clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical based cleaning agent.

While playing
1. Place unit on sound, flat indoor surface free of vibrations and away from source of heat
and water.
2. Ensure that the floor is dry, difficult to slip on.
3. Ensure you have enough space and there are no obstacles, furniture or overhead light
fittings in the play area that could trip over, knock or damage.
4. It is recommended that you stand around 1.8 meters away from the television at all times
with a minimum of 1.5 meter clearance surrounding you.
5. Use the unit bare foot only. Wearing socks or shoes may result in injury.
6. Do not allow other people, pets, and children wander into play area.
7. Do not use with wet hands.
8. Do not drink and/or eat during training. This may cause accidents, injuries or damage of
the unit.
TV screen
1. Do not play for long periods of time – particularly on ordinary CRT TVs. Risk of television
screen damage by 'burn-in' of stationary images.
2. Contact your TV manufacturer if you have any inquiries. ARCTIC COOLING will not be
liable for any damage to your TV.
Failing to comply with any of the above may cause injury or damage to property.
