2. Place Dreamate on the underside of your

zontal line of your wrist as shown in picture I. Wear the
Dreamate with a suitable tightness and allow the black
conductive rubber to gently contact your skin. Note:
Wearing Dreamate too tightly may affect blood circula-
tion.
3. To start the device, press the POWER button for 4
seconds until the LED comes on. If the LED is green, the
device is functioning normally. A red LED indicates either
of two things:
I) A faster flashing red means battery is low; replace with
a new battery.
II) A regular flashing red means contact with your skin
is too weak. Adjust the wristband or moisten the black
conductive rubber pads before re-starting Dreamate, as
shown in picture II.
