INSTALLATION
• Place the device on a flat, rigid and stable surface. Leave at least 10 cm of space behind,
above and either side of the device to avoid obstructing the air vents or distorting the
sound quality.
FM antenna connection
• Use the antenna provided.
• If the reception is bad, connect an external antenna.
Note: To avoid interference, do not position the speakers too close the device.
Connecting the speakers
• Open the socket cover.
• Insert the earth plug.
• Insert the flex for the right speaker at the point marked "R" and the flex for the left speaker
at the point marked "L".
Plug them into the corresponding battery terminals:
• Close the socket cover.

red for "+" and black for "-".

Caution:
• Risk of damaging the product! Make sure that the input voltage corresponds to the
voltage indicated on the device.
• Before plugging in the power cable, check that everything is connected as required.
Connect the power cable and the power plug, then plug into the wall.
FM
ANTENNA
Activate or deactivate
Press q to switch on the device or put it in standby mode.
Note:
• When the device is turned on, if it is not used for 15 minutes, it automatically switches
onto standby mode.
SLEEP mode
In playback mode
• Press SLEEP repeatedly to select duration: 120, 105, 90, 75, 60, 45, 30, 15 minutes or
SLEEP OFF.
• The device turns automatically off when the time set has elapsed.
Note: You can see how much time remains by pressing SLEEP.
ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
Press VOL + / - to adjust the volume.
ADJUSTING THE BASS
Whilst the sound is playing, press S-BASS to activate or deactivate the bass.
When the S-BASS is activated, [BASS] appears on the screen.
