If the phone has been stolen, then call your local police and obtain a police report
number.
Here is a tip to help prevent theft:
 Use your phone's security lock option to prevent unauthorized use of your phone.
Until the unlock code is entered into the phone, a "locked" phone will not operate

My battery life is not lasting me as long as it used to.
If it's a brand new phone, you can keep using the new battery of the phone as over a period
of few charge and discharge cycles of the battery, you will notice that the battery strength
will improve because the battery cells starts creating a memory.
But if it's an old phone and the issue just came up then kindly follow the steps below first.
 Kindly have your battery dried up till 0% and let it turn off automatically.
 Leave the phone like that for an hour.
 Plug in the charger and let the phone charge until it's up to 100%. Please do not
remove the charger in any case or we would have to go through with the whole
process again.
 After it is 100% charged let it charge for 30 more minutes.

How can I increase the battery time of the phone?
Battery life is mostly affected by Signal strength, Radio usage and Screen brightness/screen
timeout time.
 Low signal strength will result in lower battery life.
 Using your devices radio for calling and internet for long periods of time will result
in lower battery life.
 Having your screen brightness at maximum and having your screen timeout for
more than one minute will result in lower battery life.
