6. Troubleshooting guide

When the burner is not working, or a warning is issued, it will beep. See
the table below what the beep(s) mean, and what to do. If you use the
smartphone app, the warning will be visible in the app as well.

Open a window for ventilation
or switch off the burner.
Switch the burner on at a later
time after the temperature has
dropped.
Place the burner horizontally
(level).
Switch off the fireplace and
refill after the burner has
