Fitting kit
- 4 plastic collars
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove saddle, passenger handle, rear seat unit (undo the back lock cable and disconnect rear light
and indicators).
- On the original undertray, draw a line compared with the battery protection to twenty mm towards the
back of the motorcycle.
- Remove the battery protection, the battery and the original undertray.
- Cut away your original undertray from the transverse sens at the level of your line.
- Place the front part of your undertray, fix it with its two original screws, and then drill it towards the
back to be able to fix it the furnished plastic collars.
- Replace the battery, connect it, and then replace the battery protection.
- Remove the shock absorber and the right-hand-side silencer, replace the rear seat unit without fixing it
and position our undertray by slotting first at the left-hand-side of the shell, then well push aside the
right part to fit into our undertray.
- Fix the shell at the front part, then our undertray on the shell using the original clips.
- Replace the passenger handle, the shock absorber and the silencer as well as the lock cable; connect
the indicators and the rear light.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
