• In case the battery level is low, please place the vacuum cleaner on
the wall mount and connect it to the charger. The vacuum cleaner
can be started after fully charging.
• If the room temperature is lower than 0ºC or higher than 50ºC, the
vacuum cleaner can only function at a temperature of 0-40 ºC
• Please disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the charger and check
to be sure the outlet has electricity. Confirm that both ends of the
charger are properly connected.
• In the case of bad contact, please clean the charging contacts of
the charger and the charging contacts of the vacuum cleaner.
Turn off and restart the vacuum cleaner.
In the main cleaning unit, silicone and microfiber brushes may be
clogged with foreign matter. Turn off the vacuum and remove any
foreign matter.
• The dust box is full, please empty it.
• The filter screen is blocked, please clean or replace it.
• In the main cleaning unit, silicone and microfiber brushes are
entangled with foreign matter. Please untangle them.
• The main cleaning unit is clogged.
• The articulated or extendable arm is obstructed.
• The dust box is completely full. Empty it.
• The filter inside the filtering band is dirty. Clean it.
• The HEPA filter is dirty. Clean it.
• The fragrance tablet is incorrectly inserted. Insert the tablet in its
compartment correctly.
