Fitting kit
- 1 cable tie
- 1 self adhesive rubber pad
Assembly
- Remove chainguard and retain fixing screws. Take off the brake hose bracket on right hand
side.
- Position the hugger on the bike ensuring its central sitting in relation to the tyre.
- Stick rubber pad between the brake hose bracket and the rear hugger not to damage it.
- Fix the rear hugger thanks to the orignal screws on the chainguard side, and thanks to the
provided screw on the front right side of the hugger. Then pass the fitting bracket through the
cut out of the hugger and refit it.
- The cable tie is used for extra support on the front left hand side as shown above.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the
technical data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Original tire : DunlopD221 en 160/60 ZR 17.
Position of cable tie
- 1 screw 6 x 15mm
- 3 Ø6 plastic washers
